Salmon with Brown Mushrooms

I don't know what to call this dish.
It is not solely stir fried nor pan fried.  It is a bit of both.
Well, who cares...hahaha. As long as it is delicious.
It is indeed delicious, my husband said it three times that 
he prefer the salmon to be cooked this way instead of grilled.


Salmon 310 g (cut to chunk size)
Brown Mushrooms 6 pieces (Sliced)
Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
Cooking Oil - 1/3 cup
Some Butter


1) Heat up the Cooking Oil with Butter and then add minced 
    Garlic and stir for 1 minute.
2) Add Button Mushrooms and stir until slightly soften and 
    arrange the mushroom to cover the whole pot.


 3) Quickly add the Salmon.  
     Arrange nicely on top of the Button Mushrooms.
4) Once slightly pinkest, turn the Salmon to the other side 
and Button Mushroom on top of the Salmon.  
Don't freak out if you couldn't turn all the 
Button Mushrooms to the other side.
5) Sprinkle with some Salt and Coarse Black Pepper and 
    dish out once cooked.


In fact, I kind of like this dish also and
