Chocolate Rice Butter Cake

Last few days ago, my Mother told me that she missed my cake.

Since I wanted to bake a cake with less chocolate, yesterday night embark my journey

of baking to bake her this lovely Chocolate Rice Butter Cake.

Hope she will love it when I send to her this afternoon.

It was around 1.00 am when I have finished baking this cake.

Thanks to my daughter for taking photo for me and my son to place the cake in

the container while I went to sleep.
